How much time do we get?
Tiers typically run 20, 40, or 60 hours per month. We agree on the tier upfront based on your platform's complexity and how active your reporting requests are. Unused hours roll within the month but don't accumulate forever.
What if our needs spike one month?
We accommodate occasional surges — that's part of the value. If a higher level becomes the new normal, we revisit the tier together. No nickel-and-diming.
Can you also maintain custom apps you built?
Yes. Maintenance and feature work on Flujo-built React apps is included in the retainer scope.
How does this compare to hiring a full-time data person?
